SECOND STEP - THE KITCHEN
At this stage we will design a detailed plan of your kitchen. You can choose the finishes and overall look. You could have the details in wood, stainless steel, vinyl, tiles. We want to make sure that kitchen is built to your specifications, so we will communicate with you through the process until you are happy with everything.
FIRST STEP PICK A COLOUR
The first step in the journey to create your ideal catering pod is choosing the colour. What is your favourite, what will work best to attract the crowd? We can work with you on this offering advice and colour swatches. Our best selling vehicle is the Citroen HY Van.
THIRD STEP - THE EQUIPMENT
Now we need to select your catering equipment. We normally supply and fit all the equipment you need at, ensuring that there is only one point of responsibility and that is with us until you hand over your Retro Catering Pod - complete, ready and to serve hungry customers.

Built to stringent standards and the highest levels of quality control, the Retro Trailer is road legal and boasts a dynamic and robust exterior design.
Featuring a superior workspace, the Retro Trailer is completely customisable, suitable for all budgets and can be effortlessly tailored to your brand.

MARK AVIS: LEADS THE TEAM AT RETRO CATERING PODS
Mark Avis, a global entrepreneur and innovator, leads the Retro Catering Pods team. With a background in supply chain operations and manufacturing, Mark played a pivotal role in the growth of a UK based global company producing glass reinforced plastic (GRP) airport furniture products.
Over a span of 15 years, he transformed the company, known as Specialised Banking Furniture (SBFI Group), into a renowned international player in the design and manufacture of high-quality banking furniture. SBFI's products are widely used by traders and dealers in wholesale banks across major capital cities, including New York, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Zurich, and London.
In addition to his work with SBFI, Mark has been involved in developing the UK retail dealer network for Groupe Renault, a French multinational automobile manufacturer. He has also served as the UK's lead ambassador for Bossa, a Turkish textile company established in the 1950s. Bossa is now one of the largest integrated textile corporations in Turkey, specialising in denim and sportswear fabrics with an annual production capacity of 50 million meters.
Although Mark's ventures have taken him into various industries, it seems that his past experiences at SBFI, where he was familiar with the fragrance of resin and acetone used in the manufacturing process, have drawn him back to the world of GRP, metalwork, and installation at Retro Catering Pods. With his entrepreneurial expertise, Mark aims to apply his magic and guide this embryonic business into a successful and thriving venture.
